Filling Out Your Loan Information

Welcome to my secure site for getting the loan process started. You may fill out as little or as much information as you like. Please note that if you authorize us to pull your credit report, you do not need to fill out the assets and liabilities sections. I’ll contact you shortly to discuss your options.

To get started, you must first register below to obtain your secure login.

A Few Notes:

  • You may input your email address, which will allow us to communicate important information about your inquiry. Occasionally, we may email you information about mortgage products (if you do not wish to receive these types of emails, you can always change your email preferences later).
  • You should complete this information as “Borrower” or “Co-Borrower,” as applicable. Co-Borrower information must also be provided (and the appropriate box checked) when (BOX) the income or assets of a person other than the Borrower (including the Borrower’s spouse) will be used as a basis for loan qualification or (BOX) the income or assets of the Borrower’s spouse or other person who has community property rights pursuant to state law will not be used as a basis for loan qualification, but his or her liabilities must be considered because the spouse or other person has community property rights pursuant to applicable law and Borrower resides in a community property state, the security property is located in a community property state, or the Borrower is relying on other property located in a community property state as a basis for repayment of the loan.
  • Please note regarding income information: alimony, child support, or separate maintenance income need not be revealed if the Borrower or Co-Borrower does not choose to have it considered for repaying the loan.
